Something awakened in me that day……When the needles first touched my skin, I knew that I had begun a journey that would not soon end. In the fifteen years since that day, I have undertaken a continual transformation of skin, mind and soul. While primarily self-taught, I have learned a great deal from a great many. Guy Aitchison, James Kern, Don McDonald , Aaron Cain, and John Clue are at the top of my list of tattoo influences. I have much gratitude and respect for those who have come before me and who have helped to evolve this sacred art form. That being said, I feel that there is a group of people that I owe my greatest debt. These are the people who have granted me the honor of adorning their skin with my art. I truly value the relationships that I have developed through tattooing and truly believe that I have learned the most through my clients.

My preference of style leans toward the organic, bio-mechanical, and the otherworldly, though I have invested a great deal of time in arts of Japanese, black and grey, new school color, portraiture, and cover-ups. Whatever the style, my goal is to achieve a melding of my client’s vision with a design that flows with their individual form. Much of my time spent away from tattooing consists of painting, drawing, sculpting, and creating music – all of which feed the progression of my tattoo designs. I take my responsibility as an artist very seriously and I am always willing to devote the time it takes to achieve a superior completed tattoo.

My ultimate ambitions remain unchanged – to contribute as much as I have received from the tattoo community and to continue to form positive, lasting relationships through the art of tattooing.
