Ignition Films was founded in 2003 by Brian Taylor. As projects began to develop, Brian saw the need for a better form of organization in his now growing company. With this in mind, he acquired the structuring skills of Xander Hinojosa in 2004. Together, they developed an outline for the direction the company would follow. Before long, word of mouth started to spread among clients in the music industry about the high integrity, hard work ethic, and professionalism of Ignition Films. With each video, the company gained credit as being one of the best video production companies in the area. The growth of Ignition Films continued well in to 2005 when Brian spotted the editing talent of Dave Ayling, and the adroit photography of Dave Ziegler and brought them on board as the final pieces of the puzzle. Ignition Films has since completed videos for numerous bands including SPOR, Glass Pipe Suicide, Once Over, and SUMMON. In the spring of 2005, the completion of the SUMMON video ‘Sacred Nothing’ hit the music television world with full force in support of their European tour. Airing on FUSE TV several times, ‘Sacred Nothing’ quickly became a stepping stone for success.
